Urban Practitioner Specialized in Sustainable Urban Development
Hello! My name is Yulia and I am Urban Practitioner specializing in sustainable urban development and climate resilience. I have been in the field for ten years with an extensive experience in Europe and South-East Asia in both private and public sectors. My contribution includes assisting various local governments in developing their climate resilience strategy.
My approach is beyond just spatial and physical infrastructure but also put social, economic and environmental aspects into account. In each of my works, I emphasize the importance of impacted community involvement because she believes that an excellent urban environment needs to make people’s lives easier and more comfortable yet create livable and sustainable places to live.

I receive my degrees in architecture (B.Arch) and urban management (M.Sc. UMD) in Indonesia and the Netherlands. Besides professional work, I am also active in various international organizations.
